1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation will be provided via call, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Payment Policy

• Advance payment may be required for booking confirmation.
• Remaining amount must be paid during or after the trip.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation available before scheduled pickup time.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

4. Driver & Vehicle

All drivers are verified and vehicles are regularly maintained for safety and comfort.

5. Fare & Charges

• Fare is based on distance and vehicle type.
• Toll, parking, and permit charges are extra unless specified.
• Driver allowance applicable for outstation trips.

6. Waiting Charges

Additional charges may apply if there is a delay beyond the scheduled pickup time.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop details.
• Maintain proper behavior with drivers.
• Damage to vehicle will be chargeable.

8. Luggage Policy

Customers are responsible for their luggage. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.

9. Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

10. Route & Distance

Distance will be calculated based on standard routes or GPS.

11. Service Availability

Services are available 24/7 based on availability.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

13. Changes to Terms
